Battlefield V’s Firestorm battle royale mode is coming on March 25th

It’s been nearly four months since Battlefield V was launched and the game’s planned battle royale mode, Firestorm, now has a firm launch date. Starting on March 25th, according to Electronic Arts and DICE, the Swedish developers behind the Battlefield game series, Firestorm will launch for Battlefield V in the form of an update, downloaded via the Origin app or from Xbox Live / PlayStation Network.

Firestorm will be the first time a battle royale game mode has been added to the first-person shooter series that places an emphasis on destructible environments and large-scale warfare.
